The Fine Print
Screening
I screen every client for safety and compatibility, no exception. I understand you may have privacy concerns and you are welcome to send your information from your ProtonMail address to mine for end-to-end encryption instead. You can quickly sign up for ProtonMail here and my address is sofiamiles@protonmail.ch
Please provide your full name, email and phone number and chose a minimum of two of the following verification methods:
Provider references 1 - 2 references from reputable providers with an active online presence that you have met within the last 18 months.
Recent P411 OKs from active and reputable providers may be acceptable.
Government-issued Photo ID close up photos of both sides and photo of you holding ID to sofiamiles@protonmail.ch
LinkedIn I will provide you with a discreet LinkedIn profile to send your contact request to (only for verification purposes, will remain unanswered).
Business email: I will provide you with a discreet recipient address to send an email from your professional business account to (only for verification purposes, email will remain unanswered).
I will never contact you on any of those verification channels unprompted and I will never share your info with third parties. Once verification is completed all screening information will be deleted.
Deposits
a 20% deposit is required to confirm all dates. FMTYs, full days, weekends and travel require a 50% deposit plus all expenses paid at least seven days before departure. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred towards another date should you need to cancel and do so within the cancellation window (see details below). In the unlikely event that I have to cancel our date, the deposit will be transferred back to you within 48 hours.
Cancelations
Life happens, plans change. I am generally understanding about it but reserve the right to implement the following cancelation policy:
For cancelations up to 48hrs before our date the deposit can be transferred to another date within the next two months. If that new date is canceled again a new deposit is required to secure another time.
If you cancel less than 48hrs before our date the deposit will be taken as a cancelation fee.
Same day cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee (full fee is payable).
On the very rare occasion that I need to cancel I will reverse your digital deposit within 48 hours.
Payments
I accept all major currency (conversion fees may apply) and discreet payment invoices may be issued from my registered company upon request.
I accept deposits and virtual payments in crypto, bank transfers and PayPal. For the latter, a processing fee may apply. Remaining fees may be sent electronically before our date or made available in cash in an unsealed envelope at the very beginning of our date. If we are meeting in public please package the envelope discreetly within a gift bag, book or another creative concealment of your choice.
